Before my Renaissance, I spent 25 years working in the City of London, initially as a derivatives trader before moving into second line of defence risk management roles.

I have built and run high performing functions across market risk, stress testing, enterprise risk and risk governance.

I set up Renaissance Risk Management to satisfy the demand for financial institutions to be able to seek independent, unbiased expert advice on risk management best practice.
